We pride ourselves on our swift order processing. All product orders received on a business day by 2 p.m. are shipped the same business day. Orders placed after this time, or over the weekend or public holidays, will be despatched the next working business day. If for some reason we are unable to process your order right away, we will email you. Postage and packing costs are included in the prices you pay with no extra charges, unless otherwise clearly stated or agreed.

Occasionally, some of the vacuum packs may loose their vacuum; this is due to small punctures during transportation or malhandling by the Post Office or courier. This does not affect the quality of the contents whatsoever, we suggest you use those pouches first.

UK orders from Chlorella Europe Goods to the UK are sent by Royal Mail First Class or Royal Mail Signed-For Service; it takes no more than 1-3 days to deliver; in most instances, goods arrive the next day.

EU orders from Chlorella Europe Goods to Europe are dispatched by International Royal Air Mail or International Royal Air Mail Signed-For service (registered). EU orders are usually delivered within 3-5 working days.

USA & rest of the world orders from Chlorella Europe Goods destined for the USA and the rest of the world may take a little longer, but on average it takes 7-10 business days.

In all instances, you will be notified by e-mail acknowledging your order and confirming shipping details. Please ensure that our e-mail address is added to your 'safe list' and not blocked by spam/junk filters. Goods are despatched in secure envelops or cardboard boxes; wherever possible, we aim to use recycled materials.

Returns & Refunds

If for whatever reason you are not happy with your order, you can cancel your order within 30 days of receipt of the goods. Goods must be returned at your own expense and must be unopened, unused and in their original packaging. We recommend that you use a Recorded or Special Delivery service for the return of goods; please contact us before doing so.

If you wish to cancel your order:

(a) you can notify us by telephone on 01342 410 303 or email us before we have dispatched the goods to you; or
(b) where goods have already been dispatched to you, by returning goods to us in accordance with clause 2 below.
We offer a full 30 day money back guarantee if you are not happy with your purchase. Before you receive the refund we ask that you return the goods you have ordered from us at any time within 30 calendar days of receipt for a full refund or exchange. The costs of returning goods to us shall be borne by you.

A full refund will be given when the goods have been received back at our warehouse.
