1. If you wish to cancel your order:

(a) you can notify us by telephone on 01342 410303 or email at info@bestcare-uk.com before we have dispatched the goods to you; or

(b) where goods have already been dispatched to you, by returning goods to us in accordance with clause 2 below.

2. We offer a full 14 day money back guarantee if you are not happy with your purchase.

Before you receive the refund we ask that you return the unopened goods you have ordered from us at any time within 14 calendar days of receipt for a full refund or exchange.The costs of returning goods to us shall be borne by you. A full refund will be given when the goods have been received back at our warehouse.
