ALLERGY
Allergy-related
disorders have rapidly increased over the last decades and the
tendency is, unfortunately, rising.
The
causes are said to
be related to:
. Immune
disorders,
.
Genetic heritage,
.
Pollution,
.
Poor nutrition,
.
Increased absorption of chemicals,
.
Medication,
.
Electro-smog
.
Ozone distress,
.
Damage from vaccination and
.
Increasing stress.
It
is also allopathically acknowledged that prolonged exposure within
a salt chamber has positive effects on those suffering from asthma
and hay fever.
The
cause is not just the air quality in the salt chamber, which is
very pure, but primarily due to the frequency pattern of the salt,
that replenishes our energy deficit.
Since
we cannot build our homes in salt mines, we must look for alternative
methods for coming into contact with this specific frequency pattern.
HAY
FEVER AND ALLERGIC EYE INFECTIONS

Worldwide,
the two most common causes
of allergy are :
.
Grass and
.
Pollen
Over
ten percent of the population of industrialized countries suffers
from hay fever.
With
environmental polution already overtaxing our body's ability to
adapt, we have less immune protection against the increasingly
aggressive pollen caused by air pollution.
The
first signs of hay fever are:
.
Sneezing
.
Itching of the nose and eyes and
.
The mucous membrane of the nose excretes
a watery solution.
SALT
APPLICATION FOR HAY FEVER

|
+
Drink
one teaspoon of sole
in a glass of living spring water every morning
on an empty stomach.
+
Drink two to three quarts of low mineral and non-carbonated
water per day.
+
Flush
your nose using a neti pot
filled with 1%
sole solution (prepare a 1% solution by dissolving
1 teaspoon of pure Sole in 1 glass - approx 250 ml of lukewarm
water) several times a day.
The
flushing removes the pollen adhering to your nose mucosa
and regenerates the membrane.
+
Wash your eyes using an eye bath
several times a day in 1%
sole solution (prepare a 1% solution by dissolving
1 teaspoon of pure Sole in 1 glass - approx 250 ml of lukewarm
water). Don't worry; the 1% sole won't burn since it has
the same salt concentration as your tear fluid. |
COLDS
Colds,
accompanied by coughing, runny nose, sore throat, bronchitis,
sinus infections, eardrum intections and infectious flu, do
not occur only during the cold and wet seasons, but all year-round
according to your disposition. Salt
applications not only help to relieve the cold, but are also excellent
preventive therapies.
RUNNY
NOSE AND SINUS INFECTION
Runny
or congested noses are not considered as illnesses per
se. Nevertheless they have and impact on our well-being.
There
are some who suffer continually from chronic nose congestion.
This
condition can lead to sinus infections and headaches.
If
you currently suffer from these symptoms, you should make it a
habit to flush your nose with a Neti Pot (see
picture on the left).
The
salt solution moisturizes the mucosa and supports its natural
regeneration , making it more difficult for the bacteria and viruses
to nest .
