How to use the Bestcare Colon Cleanse for the best results.
• Before the Program: Reduce food intake 2 days prior to starting to allow your body to rest. Avoid sugar, coffee, and alcohol, and drink plenty of water.
Day 1: Cut consumption in half.
Day 2: Stick to easy-to-digest foods like fruit, soup, or smoothies.
• During the Program: Each day, consume 7 shakes following this schedule:
1. Wake-up Shake (immediately after waking): 300ml water + sachet
2. Breakfast Shake: 400ml water + sachet
3. Mid-morning Snack: 300ml water + sachet
4. Lunch Shake: 400ml water + sachet
5. Afternoon Snack: 300ml water + sachet
6. Dinner Shake: 400ml water + sachet
7. Goodnight Shake: 300ml water + sachet
Drink each shake immediately after mixing and consume 2 litres of water daily. Avoid coffee and alcohol during the program.
Tips for Easier Use
• Split meal shakes into two smaller portions for a smoother consistency.

After the Program:
After completing the cleanse, your stomach will have decreased in size, and your intestines will be free from toxins. For the first two days after the program:
• Day 1: Stick to easily digestible foods like fruit, soup, yogurt, or smoothies.
• Day 2: Introduce soft, cooked foods such as soup, eggs, cooked vegetables, potatoes, and fish, eating only half of your usual portions.
After these two days, you can return to a regular diet, including uncooked vegetables and salads.
