Jentschura Morgenstund’® - Millet and buckwheat porridge with fruit and seeds
MorgenStund contains carefully selected ingredients such as the gluten-free seeds of millet, buckwheat and amaranth as well as sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds and sweet almonds and the natural sweetness of apple and pineapple. A healthy, filling breakfast for all.
Preparing Morgenstund is very quick and easy. Enjoy MorgenStund with different types of fruit, nuts, dried fruit, AlkaLife (WurzelKraft), cream, soya, rice or almond milk. This incredibly versatile food is suitable for vegans and is gluten free and lactose free, has no added sugars, preservatives or other nonsense!

Basic recipe for MorgenStund (serves 1):
• 3 tablespoons of MorgenStund’ (approx. 35 g)
• approx. 180 ml water
Stir Jentschura MorgenStund into the water using a whisk. Bring to the boil stirring continuously, reduce the heat and allow to simmer for 1 to 2 minutes.
Alternatively pour a dash boiling water over MorgenStund’ and let it expand for a little while, stirring regularly.
Add different types of fruit and nuts, soya milk, vanilla or cinnamon to taste. Get creative - if you think your Morgenstund recipe is the ultimate, let us know and we'll test it. We might post it on our website!
